Know exactly where every agreement stands.
A deal should not disappear between “yes” and “signed”.
Send it in a minute, not an afternoon.
Your templates and your own packages, filled in from the record you are already looking at.
See whether it was opened.
You know the difference between an agreement somebody is thinking about and one nobody has looked at. Chasing becomes a decision rather than a guess.
The signed copy stays with the client.
It attaches to the same person, opportunity and payment as everything else. Nothing to file, nothing to find later.
Your client signs without creating an account.
They open a link, read it, and sign. If your agreements already live in PandaDoc, their status is read across onto the same record instead.
Technical details
An agreement moves through five states (draft, sent, viewed, signed and declined), and each is set by something that actually happened rather than by somebody updating a field. “Viewed” means the document was opened, not that a reminder went out.
The signing link carries a token that identifies exactly one agreement and grants nothing else. It is never published, never linked from this site, and excluded from search indexing.
Where PandaDoc holds the agreement, MVP Coaching reads its status and does not write back to it.
