MVP Coaching

Integrations

Keep the tools you already use.

Your calendar, your inbox, your payments and your existing CRM, connected to the same commercial picture as everything else.

  • Google Calendar

Your existing commitments stay out of your bookable times, and confirmed calls land in your calendar.

  • Gmail

The conversation sits on the person it belongs to, instead of in a separate inbox.

  • Stripe

Payments connect to the client and the revenue they belong to.

  • HubSpot

Bring the history you already have into the same view.

  • Calendly

Bookings you already take stay attached to the client record.

  • PandaDoc

Agreement status arrives without anybody checking a second tool.

Some connections are set up with us rather than clicked in the product today.

Every provider, and what each one does.

Open the full list

There is no “Connect” button today. No provider has a browser authorisation path in this build, so a connection is configured with you during setup rather than clicked by you in the product.

13 of 13 integrations

  • Gmail

Built · set up with you

Read the threads that matter against the person they belong to.

EmailPro and above · Unified inbox
Exactly what it does, and what it does not2
    • messages.readWorking

Tested against the real provider: a genuine thread was read and attached to the person it belongs to. Reading only, and the scope is set during setup rather than being your whole mailbox.

    • messages.sendNot built

Flagged as implemented, and its own record says otherwise: “Sending is not implemented anywhere in Business OS and no send path was built.” Where the two disagree we take the narrower one, so this site does not claim you can send from MVP Coaching.

  • Google Calendar

Built · set up with you

Your existing commitments block out your bookable times, and a confirmed booking is written to your calendar with a Meet link.

SchedulingPro and above · Advanced integrations
Exactly what it does, and what it does not4
    • freebusy.readBuilt

Reads a connected calendar's busy periods, the times you are not free, not the contents of your events. Proven on Staging against the live provider.

    • events.writeBuilt

Creating, moving and cancelling the calendar events MVP Coaching is responsible for.

    • conference.createBuilt

A Google Meet link generated through the Calendar API's conference data, with the booking.

    • events.readNot built

Reading your existing events (title, description, attendees) is not built. Availability uses busy periods instead.

  • HubSpot

Built · set up with you

Bring contacts and deals across from an existing HubSpot, and keep receiving changes as they happen.

CRMPro and above · Advanced integrations
Exactly what it does, and what it does not4
    • contacts.readBuilt

      Backfill and webhook-driven refresh.

    • deals.readBuilt

Deal amount is pipeline value, never collected cash.

    • webhooks.receiveBuilt

Signature verified, with a replay window.

    • deal_stage.writeNot built

MVP Coaching does not write to HubSpot. A stage move here is not pushed there.

  • Calendly

Built · set up with you

Keep booking through Calendly if you already do, and have those bookings land on the commercial record.

SchedulingPro and above · Advanced integrations
Exactly what it does, and what it does not3
    • scheduled_events.readWorking

Booked events read across and reconciled, never duplicated. Scheduled time only; attendance is never inferred.

    • webhooks.receiveWorking

New bookings arrive as they happen.

    • booking.writeNot built

MVP Coaching never creates or cancels a Calendly booking. Native scheduling does that instead.

  • Stripe

Built · set up with you

Collected revenue comes from the payments that actually cleared, so a revenue figure has evidence under it.

PaymentsPro and above · Advanced integrations
Exactly what it does, and what it does not3
    • payments.readBuilt

Payments read as the evidence behind collected revenue.

    • webhooks.receiveBuilt

      The signature is the authentication.

    • balance_export.importManual

An owner imports the CSV; MVP Coaching does not fetch it.

  • PandaDoc

Built · set up with you

If your agreements already live in PandaDoc, their status is read across rather than tracked twice.

DocumentsPro and above · Advanced integrations
Exactly what it does, and what it does not1
    • agreements.readBuilt

Scoped reconciliation and a signature-verified webhook. Status only: MVP Coaching never writes to PandaDoc, and native agreements do the sending and signing.

  • Google Analytics 4

Built · set up with you

Traffic and sessions alongside what those visits turned into.

AnalyticsPro and above · Advanced integrations
Exactly what it does, and what it does not1
    • report.readBuilt

Traffic and session reporting read across.

  • Meta Ads

Built · set up with you

Ad spend and delivery next to the leads and revenue they produced.

AnalyticsPro and above · Advanced integrations
Exactly what it does, and what it does not1
    • insights.readBuilt

Spend and delivery only; never conversion counts.

  • Tally

    Read from your existing tool

An existing Tally form keeps working, and its submissions are read in. New forms are better built natively.

FormsPro and above · Advanced integrations
Exactly what it does, and what it does not1
    • submissions.readExternal

Delivered into applications by an external automation. Tally hosts and operates the form.

  • Everfit

    Manual import

Revenue recorded in Everfit can be brought in by export. There is no live connection.

Coaching deliveryPro and above · Advanced integrations
Exactly what it does, and what it does not1
    • revenue_export.importManual

An owner imports the CSV, and the export carries no payment timestamp. Nothing syncs on its own.

  • Zoom

    Not built

Not built. Google Meet links are created today; Zoom is not.

SchedulingPro and above · Advanced integrations
Exactly what it does, and what it does not2
    • meetings.readNot built

      Not built.

    • meetings.writeNot built

Creating, updating and cancelling a Zoom meeting for a booking. Not built.

  • Instagram

    Not built

Direct messages in the unified inbox. Not built.

EmailPro and above · Unified inbox
Exactly what it does, and what it does not2
    • messages.readNot built

      Not built.

    • messages.sendNot built

      Not built.

  • PayPal

    Not built

Payments as revenue evidence. Not built.

PaymentsPro and above · Advanced integrations
Exactly what it does, and what it does not1
    • payments.readNot built

A PayPal account can be registered, and no ingestion exists in this build.
